I started wearing a pedometer. And not because it looks so cool. (not) The average American walks about 2500 steps a day. 5000 is considered active and 10000 is considered healthy. I am consistently getting to 5000 now but it takes some effort. I did discover that when I do the Butt Dance (don't act like you don't know what I am talking about feima) I get double credit. 4 whole steps for two swings of da' butt. I wonder if that's cheating or did I discovered a new exercize!
