I spent the afternoon canoeing on the Cuyahoga. We went to Hiram and did a 7 mile trip. Not much, but enough to put some unused muscles to the test. Then I packed up the van for the Bedlam Bowl tomorrow. I found some ramps in the sched that were here from the previous owner. I guess they had some sort of riding mower. Anyway, those ramps went right up to the back of my van and I rolled the 18" subs right in. Miracle. So now I have muscle that are calling me all sorts of natsy things and warning me how bad they will hurt in the morning. No pain, no pain, I always say!
